Reduction in Force (RIF) Consultations
In the event that an employee is separated from the University due to a reduction in force (RIF), Talent Solutions Consultants will work with the employee to support them in the transition to seeking new employment. Consultations may include resume review and building, interview best practices, and ideas for places to consider new employment opportunities. Human Resources offers a Dual Career Assistance program designed to assist you in your relocation to North Carolina. This program aids your spouse/partner in transitioning their career to the greater Raleigh area by providing resume and application development expertise, job search assistance, and local resources for relocation, child education, and healthcare
